How it Works
Booking Waffle Wheels is as easy as pie.
We can roll up tomorrow, fire up the griddle, and serve your guests hot, diner-style comfort food that brings everyone together. We’ll set the mood too with jukebox vibes, your playlist through our truck speakers, and the smell of fresh waffles in the air.
Whether it’s a wedding, bachelorette, or a block party, we make it painless and simple. You tell us your budget, your headcount, and we’ll handle the rest. If guests are covering their own meals, the host can book us for free. Just set it up and let us do the cooking.
1. Pick Your Party Style
Single Payer. Guests order at the truck, and the host covers everything with a card on file.

Hosted Minimum. You guarantee a sales minimum, while guests pay individually (perfect for community events).

Fixed Menu Catering. We customize a menu with appetizers, entrées, and desserts. We can course it out, serve tableside, or keep it classic diner-counter style.
2. Lock in Your Date
Fill out our booking form. We’ll confirm availability, send you a quote, and drop an invoice in your inbox for the deposit that secures your spot.
3. We Roll in Hot
On the big day we bring the truck, set up, and get cooking. Guests order right from the kiosk, pay by card, and get a text when their food is ready. If you’ve booked fixed catering, your crowd will enjoy a curated menu without lifting a finger.
4. We Roll Out
When the party winds down, we clean up our station and head out. After the event you’ll receive a full sales report by email. If your hosted minimum wasn’t met, we’ll send a final invoice to cover the difference.
