Duties:
• Oversee daily prep and service
• Manage staff, schedules, and standards
• Handle inventory, suppliers, and cash
• Update menus in Toast & DoorDash
• Solve problems without needing backup

Requirements
• 2+ years experience in restaurant or food truck operations
• Ability to manage prep, cooking, service, and staff
• Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred)
• Great multitasker and clear communicator
• Strong leadership and scheduling skills
• Capable of working independently with limited oversight
• Valid driver’s license preferred
