• Manage all truck operations and team performance
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, and training
• Directly coordinate with the owner for P&L
• Lead community engagement and on-site experience
• Build systems to support long-term scale

Requirements
• 3+ years experience leading kitchen or food truck teams
• Full understanding of operations: inventory, labor, and cash control
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage teams
• Comfortable handling emergencies and making key decisions
• Familiarity with health code, inspections, and vendor logistics
• Capable of owning outcomes and reporting to ownership
• Driver’s license + willingness to tow preferred
