About the Role
Duties:
• Prep waffle batter, chicken, sauces, hash
• Run fryers, griddle, oven, waffle irons
• Set up and shut down the kitchen
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and running fast
• Communicate with team and follow KDS

• 1+ year kitchen experience preferred

Requirements
• 1+ year experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred)
• Familiarity with fryers, flat-tops, ovens, and commercial kitchen gear
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
• Able to follow prep lists and station checklists
• Can work independently and communicate well on small teams
• Comfortable working hot, late, and under pressure
